Former Bus Depot, Truro

An enclosed level site of approx. three quarters of an acre of prime city centre re-development land adjacent to Marks & Spencer. This site was purchased on behalf of the Group in 2004. Since then the site has been operated under licence as a temporary car park providing much needed additional city centre parking for shoppers and visitors. A planning application has been submitted to the local authority and is scheduled for determination by Jan. 2009. The Application proposes a scheme for a mixed use Development. Considerable interest has already been expressed by end-users wishing to take advantage of this prestigious building and its convenient city centre position.


Cardrew Industrial Estate, Redruth

A detached, single floor office and administration building situated on a large, popular trading estate.. The premise was acquired on behalf of the Group in 2005. Since then the building has been used for storage but more recently has attracted the attention of several end users including a housing associaton and a local government body, each with proposals to either outright purchase or to lease. Local commercial agents Alder King and Goldring Yates are appointed.


Heron Way, Truro

A substantial detached two storey office and administration building situated on the popular Newham trading estate. This building was until recently part occupied and used as the head office for one of the Group Companies but has now become redundant and is surplus to the Group’s requirements. The remainder of the property remains occupied and leased to two separate business tenants. The Cornish Group have instructed local commercial agent, Scott Burridge, Chick to seek a tenant for the vacant element of the premises.
