Truro and Redruth

The Cornish Group are currently heavily committed to two exciting major projects, each of which are destined to deliver enormous potential to improve leisure amenities to the population of the city and its surrounding community. Both are located on the outskirts of Truro however each site offers very different re-development potential.

One site is already owned by the Cornish Group and is currently being promoted through the design and planning process. The project is scheduled to deliver substantial office accommodation and a hotel and parking.

The second site is a very large site, currently optioned, and includes the potential to provide a comprehensive range of leisure facilities including a professional level golf course, sports stadium, hotel, accommodation lodges, leisure centre and woodland walk/lake.
